CCDH is required to provide prospective owners with a voucher holder's current and prior address (as shown in PHA records) and the name and address of the landlord at the voucher holder's current and prior address (if known to the PHA). CCDH will mail prospective owners the name and address of the family's current and prior landlord upon receipt of each completed RTA and blank proposed lease agreement [24 CFR 5.2007 (b)(4)].
