The Campbell County Economic Progress Authority (CCEPA) collaborates with its local, regional, state and national partners to ensure you have the resources you need to start, grow, or relocate your business.
The CCEPA is a non-profit corporation, created in 1982 to aid in the acquisition, retention and development/redevelopment of land for industrial and commercial purposes. It is made up of a diverse and experienced eight-person Board of Directors whose goals are executed by its President.
Promote and enhance Campbell County’s key assets, including the riverfront, Northern Kentucky University, recreation/agriculture/entertainment, and local proximity.
Encourage the retention and expansion of existing businesses and stimulate entrepreneurial innovation and growth by serving as a resource and connector.
Focus on the development and redevelopment of sites that will allow the County maximum growth capacity.
To accomplish our mission listed above, the CCEPA owns and actively markets industrial land, The Southern Campbell County Industrial Park (SCCIP). The Industrial Park is directly off of US-27 near Campbell County High School. The current industrial user within the SCCIP is Hillshire Brands/ Tyson Foods.
