The Campbell County Human Services Department oversees and monitors the distribution of payroll tax funds that support mental health, intellectual disability, and aging services provided by a broad range of community partners. The department strives to increase self-sufficiency, encourage personal growth and responsibility, and help resolve crisis situations for eligible Campbell County residents through these partnerships.
The department does not handle State or Federally funded programs such as food stamps or child welfare.
