NKY Opportunity Zones
The Opportunity Zones Program was created by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, creating a valuable tax incentive for investing in specially designated low income communities. There are seven designated zones in Northern Kentucky– one in Boone County near the CVG International Airport, five in downtown Covington in Kenton County, and one in downtown Newport in Campbell County.
