Event Description:

COURSE DESCRIPTION: 
The national and economic security of the United States depends on the reliable functioning of critical infrastructure. This course encourages collaboration efforts among individuals and organizations responsible for both physical and cybersecurity toward development of integrated risk management strategies that lead to enhanced capabilities necessary for the protection of our Nation’s critical infrastructure. Participants will identify physical and cybersecurity concerns impacting overall infrastructure security posture, examine integrated physical and cybersecurity incidents and the evolving risks and impacts they pose to critical 
infrastructure, and explore resources that can be applied to improve security within an organization, business, or government entity.

PARTICIPANT CRITERIA:
• Managers and employees from all critical infrastructure sectors and subsectors • Federal, State, local, and regional government officials • Owners and operators of small businesses and non-profit organizations • Individuals responsible for physical and/or cybersecurity within their organization

PERQUISITE:
There are no perquisites.

SPONSORSHIP:
The Campbell County Office of Emergency Management and the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security are sponsors for this Course. Delivered by National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center (NERRTC), Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), Texas A&M University member of National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC).

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Course enrollment maximum is 40 participants.
2) There are no course fees.
3) Pre-registration is required by May 6th, 2024
