CCPD History

Unfortunately, the CCPD did not do very well in preserving its history since its creation in 1922, and regrettably much was lost. Over several years Ms. Nikki Owen, our Administrative Assistant, dedicated herself to collecting as much information as she could find, culminating in her writing of “The CCPD Story.” We hope you will take a moment to learn about your county police department and enjoy a few stories from our history.

Annual Reports

Each year, The Campbell County Police Department prepares an annual report to share information with the public relating to crime rates, the number of crimes, activities of the department, accomplishments, awards, accolades, agency personnel, etc.

The annual report for the year prior is typically posted to the website in March.

*Crime figures may change slightly from year to year due to persons coming forward with previously unreported crimes or the solving/closing of cases from previous years.
