Campbell County has partnered with Reboot Electronics Reuse & Recycling and Campbell County Public Library to offer free electronics recycling to residents. There are four locations, ranging from Fort Thomas to Alexandria.
Locations:
- Christ Church UCC: 15 S Ft. Thomas Avenue, Fort Thomas
- CCPL – Cold Spring: 3920 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring
- Pendery Park: 4113 Williams Lane, Melbourne
- Southern Campbell Fire Department: 1050 Racetrack Road, Alexandria
Acceptable items include anything that has a cord or takes batterythat can fit in the bin. This includes laptops, computers, tablets, phones, keyboards, mice, cameras, cords, radios, speakers, remote controls, headphones, and watches. Unacceptable items: TVs, CRTs, vapes, coaxial cable, bulbs, alkaline (single-use) batteries, media, and hazardous waste.
