Campbell County, Kentucky

Campbell County households can get four (4) free vouchers to dispose of household trash throughout the Program Year (July 1 – June 30). Vouchers are valid upon receipt until the end of the voucher period. Guidelines and restrictions apply.
Households impacted by recent storms and flooding may be eligible for additional vouchers.

Voucher Period 1 = July 1 – December 31 | Voucher Period 2 = January 1 – June 30 

• Residents can get two (2) vouchers each voucher period.
• Applicants must provide proof of Campbell County residency.
• Examples: valid driver’s license or photo ID, utility bill, deed, or lease.
• Vouchers are good for one truckload or one 8-ft trailer load. If stacked, pile must by under 3-feet tall. Additional expenses are the responsibility of the resident.
• Accepted: household trash, furniture, mattresses, yard waste, and home renovation debris.
• Not Accepted: hazardous waste, tires, appliances, electronics, and liquid waste.
• Rumpke has the right to refuse any item.
