57th Annual Campbell County Senior Citizens' Picnic

The Campbell County Senior Citizens' Picnic takes place annually at Pendery Park in Melbourne on the fourth Wednesday in September from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. There will be live music, Bingo, chair volleyball, corn hole, door prizes, and a chicken dinner.
Ticket sales are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Tickets at the gate on the day of the event will cost $15.
Pre-sale tickets will be available for $10 each beginning August 1st at the locations listed below.

If you wish to contribute a door prize for the event, email Marsha Dufeck, Senior Center Manager, at MDufeck@campbellcountyky.gov or call 859-572-4300 for more details. Door prizes can be dropped off Monday through Friday at the Senior Center, located at 3504 Alexandria Pike in Highland Heights.
All door prize contributors will receive:
- Business name listed in picnic program
- Door prize donations are combined into larger baskets. Business/Organization name and item advertised on basket
Vendor Table Registration
We are grateful to all community partners who help make this event a success each year. Organizations can apply for a vendor table at the rates listed below. The deadline to apply for a vendor table is Friday, September 1, 2024. Payment instructions and invoices will be sent to the email provided in the application. All sponsorships are tax deductible. Campbell County’s Tax ID is 61-6000-901.

Sponsorship Levels
SUPPORTER - $250.00 includes:
- Business name and logo on a large sign placed at the Picnic entrance
- Business name and logo placed in the picnic program
- Registration for vendor table and chair(s) along the walkway in picnic area (you may bring own pop up tent for coverage)
- Two free lunches
PARTNER - $500.00 includes:
- Business name and logo displayed on centerpieces placed on the head table under the main tent
- Business name and logo on a large sign placed at the Picnic entrance
- Business name and logo placed in the picnic program
- Registration for vendor table and chair(s) in the main tent area
- Two free lunches
PREMIER - $750.00 includes:
- Scripted promotion on-stage from Judge Executive
- Business name and logo displayed on centerpieces placed on the head table under the main tent
- Business name and logo on a large sign placed at the Picnic entrance
- Business name and logo placed in the picnic program
- Registration for vendor table and chair(s) in the main tent area
- Two free lunches
