COVID-19 reporting hotline is 1-833-KY-SAFER or (833)-597-2337. Residents can report businesses that are open that are not practicing social distancing and the necessary hygiene steps. The hotline will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Residents can leave messages after hours to make sure all reports are recorded. All calls will be answered by a Kentucky Labor Cabinet employee.
St. Elizabeth COVID-19 Helpline is 1-800-737-7900. The St. Elizabeth Helpline is staffed by St. Elizabeth associates to help answer patient and community questions and/or concerns regarding COVID-19. Any person needing help with COVID-19 concerns can call for support. The helpline is available every day, Monday through Sunday, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. After hours, a person can leave a message and the call will be returned the following morning.
