 RSE DESCRIPTION:\n   Enhance your Incident Command skills\, with a special
  focus on new\n   concepts of the Incident Command System (ICS). The train
 ing and\n   resources provided in this course will assist personnel who re
 quire\n   advanced application of the ICS. The course will also benefit an
 y\n   person who has a responsibility to function in a command post managi
 ng\n   an expanding incident.\n\n   This course builds upon information co
 vered in the ICS-100\, ICS-200\,\n   and ICS-300 courses and explains the 
 roles and responsibilities of\n   local\, county\, state\, and federal age
 ncies involved in managing an\n   expanding incident.\n\n   You will parti
 cipate in group activities that introduce the use of an\n   Incident Compl
 ex and Area Command\, and the interactions between\n   Multi-Agency Coordi
 nation (MAC) entities. This course is 16 hours.\n\n   TOPICS:\n   Topics c

 ew\, Vulnerability Assessment\,\n   Community Crisis Preparedness\, Critic
 al Incidents and the Incident\n   Command System (ICS)\, Incident Assessme

 nal Resources\, Resource\n   Management\, The Planning Meeting and Operati
 ons Briefing\, Incident\n   Close Out and Post-Test and Final Table-Top Ex
 ercise.\n\n   PARTICIPANT CRITERIA:\n   The target audience for this cours
 e is senior personnel who are\n   expected to perform in a management capa
 city in an area command or\n   multiagency coordination entity.\n\n   PERQ
 UISITE:\n   Participants should work in a supervisory or managerial capaci
 ty and\n   must have completed FEMA’s IS-700\, IS-100\, ICS 200 and IS-300
