 vide child care providers\, in a variety of\n   settings\, with the inform
 ation they need to identify\, assess\, and plan\n   for hazards at their c
 hild care site. The topics addressed in this\n   Workshop include: knowing
  your hazards\, developing a plan\, and testing\n   and updating your plan
 .\n\n   Workshop Objectives:\n   Upon completing this Workshop\, the parti
 cipant will be able to:\n   •Describe why it is important to be prepared.\
 n   •Identify hazards and threats that impact your childcare site.\n   •De
 scribe how to prevent or mitigate the impact of likely and\n   high-conseq
 uence hazards and threats.\n   •Describe procedures for when an emergency 
 occurs.\n   •Identify how your childcare site will recover from an emergen
 cy.\n   •Describe how to develop and maintain your plan.\n   •Describe how
  you will communicate\, train\, and practice your\n   preparedness procedu
 res.\n   •Identify the emergency preparedness information you will share w
 ith\n   your community.\n   •Describe when to update your plan.\n\n   PART
 ICIPANT CRITERIA:\n   This Workshop is designed for childcare providers of
  all sizes and for\n   all age children\, including\, but not limited to\,
  home childcare sites\,\n   childcare facilities\, nursery schools\, camps
 \, scouts\, sports programs\,\n   faith-based programs\, and after-school 
 programs. However\, anyone with\n   a personal or professional interest in
  childcare site preparedness is\n   welcome to participate. Teachers\, cam
 p counselors\, parents\,\n   volunteers\, scout leaders\, and coaches alik
 e will find useful\n   information in this Workshop.\n\n   PERQUISITE:\n  
  No perquisites for this training.\n   No Cost\n\n   SPONSORSHIP:\n   This
  Workshop is sponsored by the Campbell County Office of Emergency\n   Mana
 gement\, the Kenton County Office of Homeland Security and\n   Emergency M
