 one of search and rescue efforts.\n   Based upon a landmark study\, this c
 lass is the definitive guide to\n   solving the puzzle of where a lost per
 son might be found. Nowhere else\n   is it possible to learn about the lat
 est subject categories\,\n   behavioral profiles\, up to date statistics\,
  suggested initial tasks\,\n   and specialized investigative questions. Wh
 ether the subject is\n   underground\, underwater\, under collapsed rubble
 \, on land or has fallen\n   from the sky\, this course delivers what sear
 ch managers need. Training\n   begins Friday\, April 17 at 6:00-10:00 pm E
 ST. It will continue\n   Saturday and Sunday from 8:00-5:00 pm EST.\n\n   
 Student Criteria:\n   This course is open to all Emergency Management\, Re
 scue\, Fire\,\n   Emergency Medical\, and Law Enforcement personnel or any
  organization\n   having responsibility for searching for missing or lost 
 persons. A\n   pre-requisite for this course is completion of the twenty (
 20) hour\n   Basic Search and Rescue Course (BSAR) course offered by the K
 entucky\n   Division of Emergency Management (KYEM). A copy of that course
 \n   completion certificate must be faxed or emailed to the POC below\n   
 before the beginning of class.\n\n   Special Notes:\n   A MINIMUM of fifte
 en (15) advance student registrations is REQUIRED\n   and must be received
  by April 7\, 2026 in order to conduct this course.\n   Maximum registrati
 ons are 60 students. You are considered accepted as\n   a student in this 
 class upon receipt of your application by this\n   office so you will not 
 receive a letter acknowledging that acceptance.\n   Meals\, lodging\, and 
 travel arrangements/expenses are the\n   responsibility of the student and
