  Cyber Attacks and Incidents\, is designed to prepare\n   organizations an
 d communities for the next cyber attack or incident.\n   During this 16- h
 our course\, participants will analyze cyber threats\,\n   vulnerabilities
 \, and initial and cascading impacts of cyber attacks\n   and incidents\, 
 evaluate the process for developing a cyber\n   preparedness program\, exa
 mine the importance and challenges of cyber\n   related information sharin
 g and discover low to no cost resources to\n   help build cyber resilience
 . This course utilizes a team approach to\n   capitalize on the synergy of
  traditional emergency response\n   organizations\, SLTT governments\, mil
 itary\, and public and private\n   operators of critical infrastructure.\n
 \n   PARTICIPANT CRITERIA: Participants must be U.S. citizens. A FEMA\n   
 Student ID is required to register for and participate in any training\n  
  provided by FEMA agencies. All FEMA training providers\, registration\n  
  systems\, and enrollment procedures are required to use this FEMA SID\,\n
