  special focus on new\n   concepts of the Incident Command System (ICS). T
 he training and\n   resources provided in this course will assist personne
 l who require\n   advanced application of the ICS. The course will also be
 nefit any\n   person who has a responsibility to function in a command pos
 t managing\n   an expanding incident.\n\n   This course builds upon inform
 ation covered in the ICS-100\, ICS-200\,\n   and ICS-300 courses and expla
 ins the roles and responsibilities of\n   local\, county\, state\, and fed
 eral agencies involved in managing an\n   expanding incident.\n\n   You wi
 ll participate in group activities that introduce the use of an\n   Incide
 nt Complex and Area Command\, and the interactions between\n   Multi-Agenc
 y Coordination (MAC) entities. This course is 16 hours.\n   Topics\n   Top
 ics covered in the course include:\n   Basic Incident Command System (ICS)
  Review\, Vulnerability Assessment\,\n   Community Crisis\n   Preparedness
 \, Critical Incidents and the Incident Command System\n   (ICS)\, Incident
 \n   Assessment and Establishing Objectives\, Unified Command and\n   Inte
 grating External Resources\, Resource Management\, The Planning\n   Meetin
 g and Operations Briefing\, Incident Close Out and Post-Test and\n   Final
  Table-Top Exercise.\n\n   PARTICIPANT CRITERIA:\n   The target audience f
 or this course is senior personnel who are\n   expected to perform in a ma
 nagement capacity in an area command or\n   multiagency coordination entit
 y.PERQUISITE:\n   Participants should work in a supervisory or managerial 
 capacity and\n   must have completed FEMA’s IS-700\, IS-100\, ICS 200 and 
 IS-300.\n   Certificates for these courses must be submitted with registra
