 gement-level course is\n   designed to enable participants to identify deb
 ris management\n   components and the best planning practices using existi
 ng plan\n   examples and case studies. Participants will also draft an out
 line of\n   a debris management plan. MGT-460 Planning for Disaster Debris
 \n   Management provides participants with the knowledge\, skills\, and to
 ols\n   necessary to create pre-disaster debris management plans for their
  own\n   communities.\n\n   Disasters such as hurricanes\, tornadoes and f
 loods can create enormous\n   volumes of debris. Debris can hinder respons
 e and recovery efforts\,\n   cause costly delays\, and pose significant lo
 gistical challenges.\n   Debris management can be extremely complex\, crea
 ting\, testing\, and\n   training to a pre-disaster debris management plan
  specific to the area\n   is key to successful operations.\n\n   The goal 
 of this course is to enable participants to outline a\n   disaster debris 
 management plan and recognize special considerations\n   when planning for
  debris management after a natural disaster.\n\n   TARGET AUDIENCE: \n   E
